Rev. Eula Marshall-Banks, is the Designated Pastor of St. Luke United Church of Christ, Sedley, Virginia. Rev. Banks serves on the Commission on  Ministry of Eastern Virginia Association, and is the chairman of Membership growth of Eastern Virginia Association Clergy, She is the Founder of (BEN) Banks-Elizabeth-Newpt Scholarship foundation. Rev. Banks serves as Chaplain of Deborah's Ministry of Greater Hampton Roads, Inc. She is a member of Alumni Association of Virginia University of Lynchburg and Roanoke Theological Seminary. Rev. Banks is married to James O. Banks Sr. She is the mother of one adult child, she has four grandchildren and five greatgrand children.
